Frequently Asked Questions

We‘re a family run business who provide quality yet affordable custom made shin pads for all ages and genders. 

Customers should send us a message via the “Contact us now” button. 

Within the message please ensure you send copies of the photos and any text you want included on your design. 

In addition please provide details on any specific background and colour requests. 

Once received, our team will set about designing your pads, we will provide you a sample view via email which you can review/tweak and approve.

Once approved, you will need to visit our shop and complete a purchase order quoting the unique order reference we provide you via email. At this point we will finalise the order and dispatch the order.

You can have as many photos or text on your pads as you want. However, the more we need to put on the less space there is. So we would need to adjust the size of items and this will impact the overall final design and appearance. 

As such we would suggest 2/3 photos but we will accommodate most requests. 

Each person is different, we recommend measuring your old pads and then select your size on that basis. 

However as a rule of thumb we suggest the below. 

Small - ages 5-9

Medium - ages 10-13

Large - ages 13 and above

All edits/changes need to be made prior to final printing. Once printed and shipped all sales are final. 

We take lots of care packaging our products so the likelihood of them being damaged is minimal. However, if this is the case photos should be sent to us immediately upon receipt of your product and we will investigate the matter.
